So how do you follow an adventure like the French Trip. Its been exciting thinking about it.

So here goes…

Starting with something relatively straight forward, the London ride 100. I did this in 2019, however, a friend wanted to do it and didn’t want to do it alone…….

The Way of the Roses, starting at Morecombe and finishing at Bridlington, with some lovely friends, taking our time and enjoying the scenery, places, food and maybe the odd glass of wine

September – Cycle & Sail Croatia, a beautiful part of the world. The Adriatic coast line is simply stunning, so 3 Ladies sailing and cycling around the Croatian Islands, what’s not to like .😍

October – finishing the year off (from a cycling perspective) cycling Portugal End to End. That’s going to great fun and a challenge, good weather (🤞 and hopefully better than the Channel to Med experience) whatever the weather throws at us, I’m sure it will be great fun ❤️

A few people have asked my about my bike, it is a Felt VR supplied by a local dealer. It has an aluminium frame and I upgraded the gearing to 50/34 & 34, it is 12 speed Di2, the wheels, the handlebars and the handlebar tape apart from that its all the original other stuff (well the brakes are the same) 😂, I love this bike and by the end of 2023, I will have done almost 10,000 miles on her, so I would say we know each other quite well. Oh I changed the saddle as well 🤣
